Open the Apple watch app on the iPhone

Click on the "My watch" Option at the bottom left corner of the app

Tap on the "All Watches" Option at the top left corner of the app

In All watches, tap on the circled "i" to unpair the watch

On the next page, click on the "Unpair apple watch" option

Then again tap on the "unpair" button to complete the unpair process
