How to See Posts You’ve Liked on Instagram
To view liked posts on Instagram just follow these simple steps. And make sure to sign in to your official Instagram account.
Remember, you can only see your liked posts on Instagram app in your mobile phone (iPhone or android) and not on desktop or laptop (MacBook).
1. Instagram profile Menu
The first step is to visit your Instagram profile and tap on the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) on the top right corner of the Instagram app.
2. Access your Activity
A small window will pop up in front showing some options. To see your liked posts, you need to tap on the “Your Activity” option.
3. Instagram Interactions
In ” Your activity”, you will find the “Interactions” option. Tap on it.
Instagram interactions are the things you do on Instagram. It contains your likes, comments, story replies, and reviews.
On the next window or page, tap on the “likes” button to see posts you’ve liked on Instagram.
4. View Liked Instagram Posts
In likes, you will find all your liked posts on Instagram. It shows your newest liked posts on the top and your oldest liked posts at the bottom.
How to Delete or Unlike Liked posts on Instagram?
Once you check liked posts on Instagram, you should also be aware of how to delete or unlike liked Instagram posts.
To delete liked posts, simply tap on “Select” at the top right corner of the app. Or press and hold any liked post to select the various posts you want to delete.
On selecting the liked Instagram posts, the “unlike” button will appear at the bottom of the page.
The “unlike” button will show how many posts you have selected to delete.
Just tap on the “unlike” button to delete the selected liked posts.
Once unliked, the remaining liked posts will rearrange automatically.
How to see my first liked post on Instagram?
To see your first liked post on Instagram you need to change the order of the liked posts. Let’s see how.
You will see ” Newest to Oldest” option at the top left in the liked posts. Simply Tap on it
On the next page (Sort & filter), Tap on “Newest to Oldest” option again.
Lastly, what you need to do is to simply change the order of the liked Instagram posts from “newest to oldest” to “Oldest to newest”. So, change the order by Selecting “Oldest to newest”.
On changing the posts order, you will see your oldest liked post at the top. And this oldest post is your first liked post on Instagram.
Why can’t I see my liked posts?

The first reason is that you never liked any post on Instagram.
